Mr. Meade began his commercial real estate brokerage career in 2004 and quickly established himself as a top producer in both commercial leasing and investment sales, achieving consistent year-over-year production growth. He previously held brokerage positions with nationally recognized firms including NAI Capital and Lee & Associates before co-founding Wilson Meade Commercial in 2018 with partner Scott Wilson. Under his leadership, the firm ranked as the #1 commercial leasing and sales firm in the Coachella Valley (CoStar).

Throughout his career, Mr. Meade has transacted more than $2 billion in personal and brokerage-related transactions. He has consistently ranked among the top earners within his firms and has received multiple CoStar awards for top production.

In addition to founding and leading Meade Commercial, Michael Meade has built and operates a diversified portfolio of vertically integrated businesses across real estate, financial services, construction, media, and regulated industries. Through Meade Development, he oversees niche commercial and hospitality projects with several hundred thousand square feet completed or in entitlement phases, approximately 250,000 square feet of owned investment properties, and an additional 350,000 square feet of retail and industrial assets in pre-development. Complementing these efforts, he co-founded Capital Building Services, a full-service commercial general contracting firm, allowing for integrated execution across site acquisition, entitlements, ground-up construction, and tenant improvements.

Beyond real estate, Mr. Meade founded Life Policy Exchange, a private digital marketplace providing licensed financial professionals access to third-party life settlement inventory and analytical tools. The platform has grown to become the leading global marketplace in its category. He is also Co-Founder and Chairman of MLA Horizon (dba Green Horizons), a vertically integrated cannabis enterprise co-founded with Tommy Hilfiger.
